Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window
You may return unused, undamaged nursery containers in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less applicable fees, see below). Delivery fees are non-refundable.
What Qualifies for Return
- Unused product in original packaging (or equivalent)
- No physical damage, marks, dirt, stains, or chemical residue
- Not used to hold soil, plants, fertilizer, or chemicals
- Quantity matches your order receipt
Non-Returnable
- Used, soiled, or chemically-treated containers
- Damaged or broken items (file a damage claim within 7 days instead — see below, no restocking fee)
- Custom or specially-quoted orders
- Items past the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@orlandowestside.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and drop-off or pickup instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the containers carefully and ship to: Orlando Westside LLC, 15400 County Road 565A, Suite D, Groveland, FL 34736.
- Return delivery cost is the customer's responsibility — drop off at our warehouse or arrange paid pickup unless we delivered in error.
- Upon receipt and inspection (3-5 business days), we issue refund of product price minus 15% restocking fee to your original payment method.

Original delivery fee and any return delivery costs are not refunded. Sales tax (if applicable) is refunded proportionally.
Damaged or Defective Items (No Restocking Fee)
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage when received.
- We'll either replace the damaged items free of charge OR refund the affected portion of your order (no restocking fee).
- Keep the damaged items and packaging until we confirm resolution — carrier inspection may be required.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Your bank may take an additional 3-7 days to post the refund.
Local Pickup Refunds
For local pickup orders that are not picked up within 7 days of "Ready for Pickup" notification, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer minus a 15% restocking fee. Our reminder schedule is:
- Day 3: Friendly reminder email — your order is ready and waiting
- Day 7: Final warning — please pick up within 24 hours to avoid the restocking fee
- Day 8: Order auto-cancelled. Refund of 85% of the product price is issued to your original payment method. The 15% restocking fee covers re-shelving labor, lost shelf time, and the opportunity cost of holding your pallet.

Sales Tax
Refunded amounts include any sales tax originally collected (proportional to product refund). DR-13 tax-exempt orders refund the product price only.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before processing are refunded in full with no fee. Orders cancelled after processing/packing begins are subject to the 15% restocking fee.
