Delivery & Pickup Policy

We do not ship orders interstate. All orders are fulfilled via local pickup at our Groveland, FL warehouse or local delivery within a 40 miles radius.

Location: 15400 County Road 565A, Suite D, Groveland, FL 34736

Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed Sunday & Monday)

By appointment only — our warehouse is not open for walk-ins. After your order is ready, we'll email or text you to schedule a 30-minute pickup window within our business hours.

Pickup is FREE and typically ready in 30 minutes to 24 hours.

🚚 Local Delivery (within 40 miles)

Available for orders meeting a $50 minimum. Distance-based flat-rate pricing:

0 – 10 miles	$25.00 flat
10 – 25 miles	$38.00 flat
25 – 40 miles	$63.00 flat
Beyond 40 miles	Not available — pickup only

Delivery is scheduled 1–3 business days after order, within our business hours. We'll coordinate a specific window with you by phone or email.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed by 2 PM EST on a business day are typically ready for pickup or delivery the next business day. Orders after cutoff or on weekends process on the next Tuesday.

Florida Tax Exempt (DR-13)

If you hold a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate (DR-13), email a copy to contact@orlandowestside.com and we'll flag your account tax-exempt for future orders.
