1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to place orders.

2. Products & Pricing

Trade-size nursery containers (1, 3, 7, 15 gallon). Volume discounts apply automatically: 30+ units 33% off and 100+ units 40% off (1/3/7 gallon); 15 gallon Haviland HP-1500: 30+ units 20% off, 200+ units $2.99 each. WELCOME10 code: new customers only, single use. Prices in USD, subject to change.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders. Payment required at checkout.

4. Shipping & Pickup

Distance-based flat-rate local delivery within 40 mi of our Groveland, FL warehouse (see Shipping Policy). Free local pickup at Groveland, FL warehouse.

5. Returns

30-day return window for unused product. See Refund Policy.

6. DR-13 Florida Tax Exemption

FL resellers with valid DR-13 may apply for tax-exempt purchases via email verification.

7. Intellectual Property

Site content owned by Orlando Westside LLC. No reproduction without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to total paid in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by Florida law.

9. Governing Law

Florida law applies. Disputes resolved in state/federal courts in Lake County, Florida.
