Delivery concern
Our nursery partner provides a 30-day plant warranty. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the plant, damage and packaging. We confirm claim eligibility with the nursery and arrange approved replacements. Do not mail live plants back.

Eligible online plants ship to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery availability depends on the plant and destination and is confirmed at checkout. Plants in one order may arrive in separate tracked packages. Growing and fulfillment facilities are not retail, pickup, or return locations. Please contact Inty before mailing a return.
