Shipping & Delivery

Free standard shipping is included for eligible addresses. Orders include tracking and live-plant packaging; checkout confirms product-specific agricultural restrictions.

Usually ships within 1 business day, Monday–Friday. Arrival time varies by destination and carrier.

02Track your arrival estimate

Transit varies by ZIP code and carrier. Follow tracking for the latest estimate.

03Eligible U.S. delivery

Tracking is included on every shipment.

04Live-plant packaging

Packed so the tree spends less time in a box and arrives healthier.

Where do you ship?

We ship live fruit trees to eligible addresses across the contiguous United States, with tracking on every shipment. Agricultural restrictions vary by plant and destination; checkout confirms whether every selected plant can go to your address.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

Why can one order arrive in separate packages?

Trees can have different packing needs. Items in the same order may ship in separate boxes on different days. Tracking is emailed for each shipment.

How fast does it ship?

Most orders ship within 1 business day, Monday–Friday. This is a handling estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Transit time depends on your ZIP code and carrier; use tracking for the latest estimated arrival.

Weather or carrier conditions can delay a shipment when waiting is safer for the plant.

When will it arrive at my address?

Shipping preparation and carrier transit are separate. Send us your ZIP code, selected plant and order number, if available, for help checking your shipment. After dispatch, the carrier tracking page provides the latest estimated delivery date. We do not promise a fixed arrival date before it is confirmed.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is included for eligible fruit-tree destinations. Checkout verifies the selected plants and delivery address before payment.

Can weather delay a live-plant shipment?

Yes. A plant may be held briefly during severe heat, freezing weather, carrier interruptions, or holidays when delaying shipment is safer for the plant.

What should I do if a plant arrives damaged?

Our nursery partner provides a 30-day plant warranty. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the plant, damage and packaging. We confirm claim eligibility with the nursery and arrange approved replacements. Do not mail live plants back. Include the order number and clear photos of the entire plant, damaged area, pot, shipping label, and packaging.

Please keep the plant and packaging while we review your photos. Approved warranty claims are handled through replacement support.
