OpenSEO privacy notice

Effective September 19, 2026. This notice covers Orlando Westside Nursery's private OpenSEO connection to Google Search Console. It does not replace our store privacy policy for shoppers.

Data accessed and purpose

With an authorized Google account's consent, OpenSEO receives the account identifier and email address, OAuth access and refresh tokens, the list of verified Search Console properties, and read-only site performance and URL indexing results. We use these data to display search analytics, inspect indexing, and plan improvements to the Orlando Westside website. The integration requests the Google Search Console read-only permission; it does not request permission to change Search Console settings.

Storage and access

The connection and tokens are stored in our self-hosted OpenSEO workspace, with OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. Authorized operators may access Search Console results through that workspace and connected analysis tools. We do not sell Google user data or use Search Console data for advertising targeting. We do not enable paid third-party SEO or AI APIs for this connection.

Retention and control

We retain the connection while it is needed for this site's search analysis. Disconnecting the project removes its connection and, when no other project uses that Google grant, removes the stored grant. The Google account owner can also revoke the app's access in Google Account settings. For questions or a deletion request, email orlandowestsidellc@gmail.com.
