Baby Blue Eyes is a semi-dwarf selection of Colorado blue spruce (Picea pungens) with blue-gray needles and a pyramidal shape. It can grow into a substantial landscape tree; semi-dwarf does not mean it stays the size of the supplied container.

Growing notes
Choose full sun, good drainage and space for air circulation around the branches. Water during establishment and dry weather. Avoid dense shade, which can result in bare branches. This spruce needs little routine pruning. Needle-cast diseases, cankers and mites can affect blue spruce, so it should not be sold as disease-proof.
