Natchez Crape Myrtle brings white summer flower clusters, green foliage and cinnamon-toned peeling bark as it matures. This deciduous flowering tree makes a bright focal point in a sunny landscape.

Growing notes

Allow generous space: an unconfined mature plant can reach about 30 feet tall and 35 feet wide. Choose full sun and moist, well-drained soil; shade reduces flowering. Water during establishment and monitor for aphids and scale. Prune selectively in winter or early spring rather than topping to force a small size. Flowers are seasonal, and a dormant plant may arrive without leaves.
