Plant details

Meet this plant.

Bauer’s Cordyline (Cordyline 'Baueri') brings upright, sword-shaped burgundy foliage to containers and warm-climate landscapes. Over time it can form a slender trunk around 5 feet tall with a foliage crown approximately 3–5 feet wide. These are mature landscape dimensions, not the size shipped.

Choose your plant

Options: 1 Gallon / Single; 1 Gallon / 2-PACK. Select an in-stock option above. Single means one plant; a 2-pack contains 2 plants. Container size or supplied height is not a mature landscape dimension. Plant shape and fullness vary; decorative containers are not included.

Growing notes

The Single option supplies one plant in a 1 Gallon nursery container. A 2-PACK, when available, supplies two plants in that container size. Container size does not specify an exact plant height. Provide full to partial sun and well-drained soil. Water regularly during establishment; for container plants, check moisture and water when the soil surface dries. Established landscape plants tolerate dry periods better than newly planted specimens. This is a frost-sensitive choice for USDA zones 9–11. In colder regions, grow it as a seasonal patio plant or move a container to a suitable bright, frost-free indoor space. It should not be treated as a cold-hardy outdoor plant everywhere.

Delivery and arrival

Delivery eligibility and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Preparation time is separate from transit; weather and seasonal demand can affect dispatch. Contact us promptly with photos if your plant arrives damaged.

Questions about plant options, delivery, tracking, or an order? Inty is here to help before and after your purchase.

Will my plant look exactly like the photo?

Live plants naturally vary in height, branching, leaf count, color, and shape. Photos show the variety and typical presentation.

Can items arrive separately?

Yes. Plants can have different preparation times and packaging needs, so one order may receive more than one tracking number.

What should I do when it arrives?

Unpack promptly, inspect the plant, water only when needed, and let it acclimate before making major care changes.
