Plant details

Meet this plant.

Pinguicula acuminata is a perennial heterophyllous, producing different leaves in summer and winter. Their leaves are small, compact, and non-carnivorous during winter but grows larger during growing season. Please note that in this species, the entire winter rosette is withdrawn slightly beneath the soil surface (winter bulb).

The plants on the pictures are representative, you will get a similar plant. [Plants are not flowering at the moment]

You'll get a similar plant to the ones in the pictures. This plant requires a especial soil mix, we strongly suggest that you get the soil bundle from our shop.

The plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plants. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cut off.

The plant's size is between 1-1.5" in diameter.

It is strongly recommended to get a heating pack during the winter to protect your plant from low temperatures, we are not responsible for dead plants that did not have a heating pack during transit. 1 heating pack per order is enough.

Questions about plant options, delivery, tracking, or an order? Inty is here to help before and after your purchase.

Will my plant look exactly like the photo?

Live plants naturally vary in height, branching, leaf count, color, and shape. Photos show the variety and typical presentation.

Can items arrive separately?

Yes. Plants can have different preparation times and packaging needs, so one order may receive more than one tracking number.

What should I do when it arrives?

Unpack promptly, inspect the plant, water only when needed, and let it acclimate before making major care changes.
