Scarlet Colorama Crape Myrtle produces vivid red flower clusters against deep green foliage. Its upright growth makes a colorful specimen for an open, sunny planting area.

Options: 2-3 ft.; 1-2 ft.; 1-2 ft (3G); 3-4 ft. (3G); 5-6 ft. (3G). Select an in-stock option above. Each option supplies one live plant. Container size or supplied height is not a mature landscape dimension. Plant shape and fullness vary; decorative containers are not included.

Growing notes

Allow approximately 15–20 feet of mature height and 8–12 feet of spread. Grow in full sun and well-drained soil, watering during establishment and dry weather. Prune selectively before spring growth and monitor for aphids and leaf damage. This is a deciduous plant: leaf loss during dormancy is normal. Summer flowering varies with conditions, and blooms are not guaranteed on arrival.
