Plant details
Meet this plant.
Winter Melon, also called wax gourd or ash gourd, is a warm-season vine grown for fruits used in soups and stews. Plan room for the vine before planting.
What you receive
This option supplies one live plant. Supplied in a Medium Coconut Coir Pot per plant. These are live plants for growing, not packets of seeds or harvested vegetables. Container labels describe the supplied container, not a guaranteed plant height. Fullness varies naturally; decorative pots are not included.
Growing notes
Provide warm growing conditions, fertile well-drained soil and regular watering. Allow ample ground space for the vines; mature fruits can be too heavy for ordinary trellises. Despite its name, this is a warm-season crop. Fruit size and harvest timing vary with growing conditions; a particular fruit weight or yield is not guaranteed.
Delivery and arrival
Delivery eligibility and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. During peak periods, preparation may take 1–14 days before dispatch, with transit time additional. Flowers or a harvest are not promised at delivery. Contact us promptly with photos if your plant arrives damaged.

Questions about plant options, delivery, tracking, or an order? Inty is here to help before and after your purchase.
Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
Live plants naturally vary in height, branching, leaf count, color, and shape. Photos show the variety and typical presentation.
Can items arrive separately?
Yes. Plants can have different preparation times and packaging needs, so one order may receive more than one tracking number.
What should I do when it arrives?
Unpack promptly, inspect the plant, water only when needed, and let it acclimate before making major care changes.
